Trinity College Table Tennis Team Wins Provincial School Games 2026

The Under 20 Table Tennis Team of Trinity College, Kandy secured first place at the Provincial School Games 2026, organized by the Ministry of Education, held at the Kandy Municipal Council Indoor Stadium on 20 May 2026.

Representing the College were:

Master Yevan Herath
Master Diluk Alexander
Master Vikum Dissanayake

The team delivered a strong performance throughout the tournament, emerging as Provincial Champions in the Under-20 category. Special congratulations go to Master Shafiullah Akram, who also secured second place in the Under 20 Singles Event.

The College congratulates the players and coaches on this achievement and wishes them success in their future competitions.

Congratulations to Master Ravish*tha Fernando for Academic Excellence at the Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Level Examination.

Master Ravish*tha attained 2 A* grades and 2 A grades at the International Advanced Level examinations, demonstrating outstanding academic excellence.

Alongside his studies, he pursued table tennis as his sport with dedication and distinction, earning Colours for Table Tennis in 2024.

of their lives competing together. Table tennis
