Here are some more Bicep Exercises to choose from.

1.Alternate dumbbell curl : To fully isolate the bicep of each arm.

2.Standing barbell curls : To develop over all size to the biceps.

3.Preacher curls : For the lower end of the bicep (nearest to the forearm). You can use a barbell or dumbbells for this exercise.

4.Incline dumbbell curl : Works the overall bicep.

5.Concentration curls : To add height to your biceps.

6.Lying dumbbell curls : Works the entire bicep for a full range of motion

7.Cable curls : Adds peaks to your biceps.

8.Hammer curls : Helps shape and define the entire bicep.
