As a kid, I did NOT enjoy Karate. It was suuuuper boring. 😅 Pokemon and skateboarding were MUCH more fun! 🛹

But I didn’t quit... Year after year, I kept practicing (because my parents pushed me)…

Today I’m SO THANKFUL for this! 🙏

Because Karate taught me self-discipline, grit and patience. 💪 These lessons are INVALUABLE!

You see, life is not always fun. (Sometimes it sucks!) 😩

But that’s NOT a reason to quit!! 👊

This is what Karate taught me... And it made me who I am today 🥋
