ADMINISTRATIVE WEAKNESS
Why it is true that the rules are clear and all teams are aware of the rules of the tournament, it's still logical for the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MYS) and the Liberia Football Association (LFA) to scrutinize the player lists of every team before the tournament begins.
Allowing teams to play the group stage of the tournament only to be disqualify due to bridge of tournament rules weaken the momentum of the tournament.
This has been happening for a very long time in the NATIONAL COUNTY SPORTS MEET. We can't keep carrying it on.

LEGAL NOTICE / PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
We, the people of Lofa County, hereby issue this formal legal notice to the Ministry of Youth and Sports and all entities responsible for organizing the National County Meet.
Take notice that the people of Lofa County do not grant consent for the playing of the Lofa County song at the Samuel K. Doe Sports Complex during the current County Meet activities.
This notice constitutes a formal warning. Any action taken in disregard of this notice shall be considered a violation of our collective decision and cultural rights and will compel us to seek appropriate legal remedies under the laws of the Republic of Liberia, without further notice.
We hereby demand full compliance with this notice and expect that all relevant authorities and organizers take immediate steps to ensure adherence.
Issued in good faith for the purpose of preserving order, respect, and lawful conduct.
