🚨 22 SPORTS GROUP INC. — OFFICIAL CLARIFICATION ON EMMANUEL N. WRIGHT

Let the club’s own documents speak.

22 Sports Group Inc. has taken note of the recent statement published by Golden Dream Football Club concerning the departure of our client, Emmanuel N. Wright.

As the management representing Emmanuel Wright, we have a responsibility to protect our client’s reputation and to correct statements that we believe are inconsistent with the official documentation issued by Golden Dream FC itself.

We are therefore putting the following on record.

1. GOLDEN DREAM’S OWN RELEASE LETTER TELLS A DIFFERENT STORY

On July 29, 2026, Golden Dream Football Club issued an official Player Release Letter confirming that Emmanuel N. Wright had been officially released from the club effective July 8, 2026.

More importantly, the club’s own letter states that:

“During his time with our club, EMMANUEL N. WRIGHT conducted himself professionally…”

The same letter goes on to express appreciation for his:

“dedication, commitment, and contributions.”

The club also wished him every success in his future football career.

That document is signed by the club’s Secretary General and formally confirms that Emmanuel was free to register, sign and play for another club.

2. SO WHAT CHANGED?

If Golden Dream FC officially documented that our client conducted himself professionally, appreciated his dedication and contributions, and wished him success in his future career, how can the same club subsequently come to social media and allege that he repeatedly failed to meet professional standards and had serious disciplinary problems?

Which statement should the public believe?

The official release letter issued by Golden Dream FC?

Or the allegations published afterward?

We believe the public deserves an explanation for this contradiction.

3. THE SALARY MATTER HAS NOT DISAPPEARED

Our client maintains that he played for approximately five months without receiving the agreed salary.

The agreement communicated to him included a monthly salary of US$60 and accommodation.

When the situation could not be resolved, 22 Sports Group Inc. intervened and pursued the matter through the appropriate football process with the Liberia Football Association.

This was not a matter we chose to fight through social media.

We used the proper football channels.

4. THE US$400 ISSUE

When our client decided that he no longer wanted to continue with Golden Dream FC, management requested his clearance.

We were then confronted with a demand for US$400, which was presented in connection with the club having taken the player from Black Man Warriors.

Our position was clear:

22 Sports Group Inc. was not going to pay an unjustified fee simply to obtain our client’s clearance.

We understand the rules and regulations governing football and player movement.

Rather than engage in unnecessary arguments, we took the matter to the Liberia Football Association through the proper process.

5. THE CLUB CANNOT HAVE TWO STORIES

Golden Dream FC cannot issue an official release letter saying:

“Emmanuel N. Wright conducted himself professionally.”

Then later publicly describe the same player as someone who repeatedly failed to meet professional standards.

If there was such serious misconduct, why was it not reflected in the official release letter?

Why did the club formally commend his professionalism, dedication and commitment?

Why did the club wish him success in his future football career?

These are legitimate questions.

6. OUR CLIENT’S REPUTATION MATTERS

Emmanuel Wright is a young footballer whose reputation directly affects his ability to secure future opportunities.

For that reason, 22 Sports Group Inc. will not sit back while contradictory public statements are made about our client.

We are not interested in insulting Golden Dream FC or engaging in a social-media war.

We are interested in facts, documentation and accountability.

If Golden Dream FC wishes to discuss Emmanuel Wright’s departure, then the club should also be prepared to explain the contents of the official documents it issued itself.

7. WE HAVE DOCUMENTATION

Our position is not based solely on social-media arguments.

We have documentation relating to the matter, including the official Golden Dream FC Player Release Letter dated July 29, 2026, which clearly confirms Emmanuel Wright’s release and describes his conduct with the club in positive terms.

The appropriate football authorities were also involved in resolving the dispute.

Therefore, we will continue to rely on official records and proper procedures, rather than responding to every allegation with another allegation.

FINAL WORD

Golden Dream FC has the right to tell its side of the story.

22 Sports Group Inc. also has the right to defend its client.

But when a club’s own official document says one thing and its later public statement says something substantially different, the contradiction deserves to be addressed.

We stand by our client.

We followed the proper process.

We know the regulations governing football.

And we will continue to protect Emmanuel N. Wright’s reputation and professional interests.

Let the documents speak. Let the facts speak. Let the proper football authorities speak.
