Varney scores first international goal for Watanga

Watanga's new sensational Varney B. Varney scores his first international goal against Sierra Leone Premier League Champions Bo Rangers FC in a 2-2 draw.

Varney put his side in a 2-1 lead for the second time in the 78th minute before a late equalizer in the 90+7 minutes from a resilient Bo Rangers side.

The striker who just joined Watanga on a season loan from Todd Football Club has started to fit in the team's style of play as he gets his first International goal.

Watanga is on a preparation tour in Sierra Leone ahead of their CAF Preliminary against Algerian Club MC Alger. They played three matches, lost one, won one, and drew one.

Varney B. Varney netted two goals for District 10, but Terry Sackor's close-range goal couldn't help District 7 before halftime.

District 10 had a commanding victory over District 7 in a football match. Varney B. Varney's hat-trick along with Levi Gardea's goal helped District 10 secure a 4-1 win. Meanwhile, Terry Sackor scored the lone goal for District 7.
