Celebrating women's month in style

Join us this Saturday at Maseru Mall as we will be celebrating Woman’s Health and Wellness Day, a whole-day celebration of fitness, empowerment, and community wellness.

The event will also feature live demonstrations from various sporting disciplines in Lesotho, including a special showcase by our Judo Club. Attendees will get to see judo techniques and self-defense demonstrations, highlighting judo as both a sport and a tool for confidence, fitness, and wellness for all.

Building Champions Together

The Federation of Judo Lesotho executive had a meeting with athletes' parents on Sunday, 31 May. The primary purpose was simply to 'Shape the Future of the Sport'. This proved beyond doubt to be the most fruitful meeting as both parties departed with common understanding and clear work plan.

We therefore pass our vote of thanks to the parents for their time and their honest engagement in building Judo.
