Floorwork – ne apie tai, kaip atrodyti šalia kitų. Apie tai, kaip jaustis savo kūne. 🖤

Agnė veda Floorwork pamokas suaugusioms moterims, norinčioms geriau pažinti savo kūną, sustiprinti judesio kontrolę ir atrasti daugiau pasitikėjimo savimi.

Jos pačios kelias į šokį prasidėjo kaip hobis, o ilgainiui tapo gyvenimo kryptimi. Todėl pamokose svarbiausia ne lygintis su kitomis, o saugiai augti, stiprėti, išlaisvėti ir mėgautis judesiu.

Spalį laukia nauja Floorwork medžiaga dviem lygiais:

What if you stopped thinking about the “right” way to move? ⚡️

In Contemporary Experimental, movement can start with a simple idea:

What if the ground is pulling you down?
What if you’re melting?

There’s no choreography to get “right” — just curiosity, imagination, and space to be free.

And you don’t need to already know how to dance. The exercises can be adapted to different bodies, experiences, and movement levels, with Mariia there to guide you along the way.
