THIS IS ME...
Hi to anyone new to my page.
My name is Sophie hence the name SOFIT.
Im a personal trainer from the Uk, currently living in Luxembourg.
I set up SOFIT to be:
Flexible, you dont need a gym to workout. SOFIT tailors workouts around your life; in the garden, in your living room or in the park. You can train anywhere.
Accessible; anyone, with any level of fitness can train.
Social; for me, exercising has always been a great way to get out of the house and meet new people.
Fun; most importantly, training is enjoyable and you always feel better when you're done.

I’ve had lots of messages about possible PT (in lux) slots and from September I’ll be opening my diary to a few new clients. Please get in contact now if you want me to try and fit you in.

This morning we had a great work out in Cessange, but also had lots of little guests join us.
They ran, climbed, cycled, scooted, played barbies and some of our budding artists drew.
I love this stunning drawing (courtesy of Naomi), but I especially love our children being exposed to their mummies training, lifting weights and having fun.

Happy hump day, from a sunny 🌞 Luxembourg.
We were away for half term last week, but back into the swing of clients, classes and clean eating. Counting the days until the. Hen of the year ⚡️
I always find my first few workouts tough and never really enjoy them. Today was a good day, I felt good! Just to remind you all, not every workout is enjoyable, but keep going!

Keep moving throughout your pregnancy.
Honestly, don’t be scared of exercising, it has so, so many benefits. If you’re fit and healthy and exercised beforehand, you should keep going, don’t give up.
shared how’s she’s been adapting her burpees to date. Everyone can keep doing burpees (if they want that Is) throughout their whole pregnancy.
You need to modify, listen to your body always. Feel 100% confident and comfortable.

Reminiscing on last January and the incredible progress you guys made. It was a tough month, but it was made so much more bearable by training together and keeping on track with clean eating.
Amazing what you can achieve in 4 weeks!

Breakfast, my favourite meal of the day.
Combination of carbs, protein and fats, whilst lily and Raffy devour a boot full (literally) of chocolate, that St Nik delivered last night (Lux tradition).

HAPPY HUMP DAY
☀️ Goats cheese frittata ☀️
Easy mid week dinner or great for leftover lunchboxes
- red onion
- red pepper
- courgette
- goats cheese
- 8 eggs (serving of 4)
Recipe from one of my favourite recipe books
- Grease and line the base of a cake tin
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion, pepper and courgette for 5 mins. Tip into the tin and scatter the goats cheese over the vegetables
- Whisk the eggs and add salt and lots of ground pepper
- Pour the eggs over the vegetables and cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the frittata has set and is golden brown
- Cur into square and serve with a green salad or cooked green vegetables
Give it a go, so easy and so delicious xx

Good morning from Luxembourg 🇱🇺
I wanted to say hi (it’s been a while).
I haven’t lifted a weight in nearly a month, but have rekindled my love for running, it’s also been a great way to explore this beautiful country.
Tomorrow I plan to start training again, I’ve been dreading it, but I know once I’ve done it, I’ll love it.
