🏋️ Dan Olivar – Group Exercise Manager
The face behind our incredible group fitness experience. From creating an exciting class schedule to supporting our talented instructors, Dan ensures every session delivers energy, motivation, and results. Have a question about our classes or finding the right one for you? He’s your guy!

⚙️ Anabel – Operations Manager
The engine that keeps Factory4 running smoothly. From administration and team coordination to ensuring our club stays clean, organized, and welcoming, Anabel works behind the scenes to make sure your experience is nothing short of exceptional.

May public holidays - we’re open for you!
We’re keeping the doors open on all four May public holidays, from 9am to 6pm 💪

And yes: some group classes will be running too! Schedules are added on a rolling basis for those dates, so keep an eye on the Factory 4 app to see what’s on closer to each date 📲

Meet Jean-Yves, our newest addition to the coaching team here at Factory 4🌟

Jean-Yves joins the team with some seriously impressive experience: from treating patients in Luxembourg to working with professional athletes at Real Madrid C.F. He holds a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy and genuinely knows his stuff when it comes to movement, recovery and performance. Oh, and he’s also into CrossFit and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 😄

We’re really excited to have him on board and can’t wait for you to train with him.

International Dance Day is coming✨ Join us for a special dance class with Laura on Tuesday 28th April (yes, it’s going to be a whole experience)

The class consists of 3 different phases:
PHASE 1: OUTFIT CONTEST
Catwalk, lights and special music. Get judged on creativity, colors, make-up, attitude AND confidence. Best outfit wins 50€ in Factory 4’s shop 🏆

PHASE 2: YOU ARE THE LEADER
Any dancer can step up on the podium, pick a song from the class playlist and lead the whole group. This is your moment to shine (no prize - just a confidence boost!) Playlist on Spotify: DANCE with Laura (inform Laura about your song choice before the class)

PHASE 3: DANCE BATTLE
10–15 rounds of international hits: Brazilian Funk · Reggaeton · Afro Fusion · Dancehall · Latino · Kpop · Hiphop · Samba. 🥇Top 1 wins 2 months free membership. 🥈Top 2 wins 1 month

All phases are optional: join whatever feels right for you!
