An dësem Workshop verbanne mir d’Technike vum ProAgeYoga mat Meditatioun.
Eng grouss Roll spillen hei och Pranayama (Otemübungen) an Dhyana (Meditatioun).
Jiddereen – onofhängeg vun Alter an Erfarung – ass wëllkomm. De Workshop ass op Lëtzebuergesch.

In this workshop, we explore the holistic language of Ayurveda and its timeless wisdom, discovering how it can support us in everyday life. Ayurveda invites us to be connected to our own nature and the world around us. Together, we will explore the Doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and their role in supporting balance in body, mind, and emotions.
Open to everyone, this workshop offers a simple and experiential introduction to Ayurveda, inviting a deeper understanding of your own constitution, as well as the rhythms and habits that shape your life.
A space to reflect, learn, and reconnect. All you need is curiosity.

There are many ways to talk about the problems of our world, but one way or another, all of them have to do with polarization. We have a tendency to create narratives that divide, carrying within concepts of “us” and “them”; “good” and bad”; “right” and “wrong”; “worthy” and unworthy”. And within this set up there is not much space for tolerance, inclusion, for “holding hands”. Some of these narratives are hugely magnified into collective ones against nations and/or certain political, racial, religious, ethnic groups all having the same ending: violence (hiṃsā). The teachings of Yoga assure us on the following matter: wether individually or collectively, dividedness with others can only exist if we are divided from our own being. Only when there is a sense of disconnection from our own wholeness, there is separateness. Remember we are given the definition of Yoga in chapter one of the Yoga Sutras of Patañjali (Samādhi-pāda): “yogaś citta-vṛtti- nirodhaḥ”, PYS I:2 / “When you stop identifying with your thoughts, fluctuations of the mind, then there is Yoga, identity with Self, which is Samadhi, happiness, bliss, and ecstasy (commentary by Sharon Gannon).

Link in BIO! Dear Friends,
June invites us to embrace the practice of trust. Inspired by this month’s Jivamukti Focus, “Crossing the Abyss” by Maria .sousa.macedo , we are reminded that growth often asks us to step beyond certainty and into the unknown with courage, faith, and an open heart. Through yoga, meditation, breath, and self-study, we learn to stay present even when the path ahead is not fully visible, discovering steadiness and inner strength along the way.
We are delighted to share several beautiful opportunities to practice and come together over the coming weeks.
We start with Morning Alchemy with Sophie on Saturday 6th June from 14:30–16:30 (40€), a workshop designed to help you cultivate a meaningful morning practice and create a powerful foundation for your day.
Starting from Saturday 6th June, join us every week for our new Basics Class from 17:00–18:30 with Anastasia .unmitigated , an accessible and welcoming class designed to introduce the foundations of yoga practice, with a focus on alignment, technique, and building confidence on the mat.
On Sunday 7th June from 12:00–13:30 (25€), join What is Yoga, Really? with Jeremy , an invitation to explore the deeper meaning of yoga beyond the physical practice.
We are also very much looking forward to our next END SESSION: Jivamukti Yoga Open Practice with Live Vinyl DJ Set with Nicole & Christophe on Saturday 27th June 2026 from 17:00–19:00 (40€) - a joyful evening of movement, music, and community.
And in October, we will be welcoming Joan Hyman for two inspiring days of intelligent and embodied practice exploring twisting, core integration, the psoas, spinal health, and safe, sustainable approaches to backbends. Enrollments are now open!
We look forward to sharing these moments of practice, connection, and inspiration with you.
With warmth and love,
Alexandra, Magali, and the JYL Team

Being born and raised in a country where Catholicism is the main religion, it is no surprise that that was the environment in which I grew in. It was by attending the traditional Sunday ceremony with my family that a sense of “faith” was cultivated within, as well as a connection to some source of divinity. However, at some moment in my adult life, questions and doubts led me to step aside from its own rituals and traditions. Curiously, over the past months, my 3,5yo child has been fiercely asking me to take her to church. Despite not knowing the root cause of her willingness, as a mother I could not ignore her call, so l committed to finding the most suitable ceremony for families and kids and attending it by myself first - to decide whether it would be appropriate for my child.
There I was taking an opened bittersweet seat, balancing between discomfort and a sense of familiarity.
The spiritual scripture presented, though, conveyed a very well-known valuable teaching. It described a moment when Jesus and some of his apostles climb up a high mountain.
Reaching up to its peak, they
experience feelings of true happiness, unconditional love and joy. To soak into that blissful state of being, naturally they do want to remain there, at the mountain pinnacle, but to their disappointment Jesus requests something different. He is clear about what to do next: without loosing touch of that happiness, love and joy, they would have to climb down the mountain, taking all that goodness to others. Moreover, to remember that innate beauty within the ordinary of daily life and in moments of hardship.

What Is Yoga, Really?
Most of us begin yoga through the body.
But yoga was never meant to be only physical.
This class is an invitation to explore the deeper meaning of yoga: its origins, its purpose, and the wisdom behind the practice.
We will look at the meaning of the word „yoga“
, the roots of the tradition, the Jivamukti
method, the four main yogic paths — Bhakti, Raja, Karma and Jnana — and the eight limbs of yoga according to Patanjali.
A clear, accessible introduction for anyone who wants to understand the philosophy behind the practice and bring more awareness into both movement and daily life.
