It’s going to be a hot week! Start hydrating early, drink plenty of water, and keep it up throughout the week. Your body will thank you on Thursday! 💧☀️

Don’t forget to bring your own reusable water bottle or camelbak on race day. There will be no cups available on site, so come prepared!

Practice running as a group for the last 3 km to get comfortable finishing strong together. The better the coordination, the better the finish! 🏁
