With her relaxology tools and a degree in neuroscience, she guides everyone towards a better version of themselves. Her educational approach, inspired by her journey and passion for personal development, enourages curiosity, creativity, and concentration in young minds.
This session aims to accompany your children towards self-confidence and well-being in a playful and natural environment where they are the heroes.
Program includes: warm-up, concentration exercises, yoga postures, self-confidence games, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation with sounds and mantras.

Why Yoga with Lied is Perfect for Your Young Kids (Ages 2-6) ?
You are invited to bring your children to discover the benefits of yoga for them: improved concentration, memory, flexibility, and balance, reduced stress and anxiety, enhanced self-confidence, and encouraged creative expression.
Lied has a background in Communications and History of Art, but she has spent most of her professional life in the education sector, more specifically in international schools around the world, including Luxembourg. That is probably the reason why working with children and managing them assertively in a warm and friendly manner comes naturally to her.
An exercise addict, Lied has regularly practiced yoga and Pilates from an early age, drawing tremendous physical and mental benefits from these practices. It is a wonderful pleasure for her to combine her love for yoga with the joy of working with children.

Grown up in a Buddhism and Taoism embraced culture, Bonnie is dedicated to integrating yoga, life wisdom and mindfulness practices as the journey of self-discovery is an infinite treasure to be discovered.
She was introduced to yoga in 2009 while working as a financial professional in Luxembourg. Having been practicing over the years she has realized that yoga is more than the practice of asana and has witnessed the power, magic and benefits of a consistent practice both on and off the mat.
Bonnie believes that through yoga we have the opportunity to open our hearts and recognize that the essence of our being is love.
With practice we are able to love more, embrace each day, live in the moment, create joy and welcome every change and experience comes into our life. Yoga is a beautiful way to help us create a world filled with loving kindness, compassion and love.
Bonnie’s teaching style is fun and creative with great focus on the movement/breathe connection.
Bonnie’s hope as a teacher is to help each student accomplish whatever he or she is seeking, and in the end to help students discover how yoga allows us to uncover and embrace our true selves, as the radiant, healthy, blissful, and loving beings that we all are deep down.
