Second weekend of the STOTT PILATES® Intensive Reformer course

This weekend we went through postural analysis, anatomy, movement patterns, and started exploring the intermediate repertoire — so not just how to teach exercises, but how to actually understand the body and movement behind them.

Day 5 of the STOTT PILATES® Intensive Reformer course

Today was a lot of anatomy, postural analysis, movement patterns, and learning how to actually look at the body rather than just teach exercises.

~ The whole experience ~
A calming and restorative journey designed to help you move, slow down, release tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with both body and mind through a combination of mindful reformer pilates and therapeutic sound healing.

~ First part: body focus ~
Grounding full-body reformer session focused on mobility, breath, deep core connection, and releasing tension

~ Second part: mind focus ~
Restorative guided relaxation with therapeutic sound healing instruments, led by a certified and experienced sound healer .prana . The experience will include guided relaxation, chakra crystal bowls, Peter Hess® therapeutic singing bowls, chimes , gong and other soothing instruments. A deeply calming and magical sound healing journey with therapy grade instruments to relax the body, calm the nervous system, release the tension and bring joy and peace for body & soul.

Do you know what changes between these 3 clips?

the ✨springs✨

First: 2 springs
Then: 1 spring
And finally: 0 springs

The movement looks almost the same, but feels completely different.

2 springs - there’s more support and resistance — so the movement becomes more about strength and control against the springs.

1 spring - you start needing more stability and control from your body rather than relying on the equipment.

0 springs… it suddenly becomes all about your core strength, stability and controlling the movement entirely on your own.

Long day at the office? Back feeling a bit stiff?

Shoulders tight, hips tight, everything tight?

Healthy Back is one of those classes that just feels good after a long day.

The focus is on mobility, posture, core strength, and releasing tension from everyday life — especially if you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk.

The class is taught by Eszter, who’s also a physiotherapist, so yes, you’re in good hands!

It’s beginner-friendly, but if it’s your very first reformer class, we’d still recommend starting with an Intro class or a private session first.

Perfect little reset after work.

Yesterday, the STOTT PILATES® Intensive Reformer course officially started at xx.

And we’re very happy to already share that another STOTT PILATES® training — this time the Intensive Mat-Plus™ course — will take place at our studio at the end of October.

Thinking about taking your Pilates journey a step further?

Do you want to teach Pilates, deepen your understanding of movement, or finally understand the “why” behind the exercises?

Already working in movement, fitness, rehab, or wellness and looking to build a strong foundation in Pilates?

The course covers the Essential & Intermediate Matwork repertoire, postural analysis, cueing, programming, exercise modifications, and the foundations of safe and effective movement.

Love to stretch?

Now imagine combining it with the reformer — springs and straps that support you, but also help you go a little deeper into each movement.

Reformer Stretch is a slower class focused on mobility, opening up the body, and moving more freely.

(with a dance background) will guide you through it — but don’t worry, you definitely don’t need to be flexible to join - you come to become more flexible.

Now 2x a week:
Saturdays at 11:00
Tuesdays at 19:30

Best studio event ever? yes!

Dogs + Pilates = woah.

Thank you to all the participants (👩🏻👱🏻‍♂️ and 🐕🐩) for being so well behaved and making this such a wholesome afternoon.

Thank you to for supporting the event, and to for being there with us and keeping an eye on all the dogs throughout the session.
