From his first steps on the ice at age 10 with the Short Track Club in Kockelscheuer, Peter has built an extraordinary journey through short track speed skating.

His path took him from Luxembourg to Poland, and eventually to the Netherlands, where he trained for the past years, all while successfully balancing elite sport with academic studies through a demanding dual career.

Throughout the years, Peter proudly represented 🇱🇺Luxembourg on the 🌍international stage with determination, passion, and pride at:
🏆 World Cups
🥇 European Championships
🌎 World Championships

Among his many achievements, some unforgettable highlights stand out:
🥇Gold Medal at every 🇱🇺Luxembourg National Championship he participated in the last 10 years.
🥇 Gold and🥈Silver Medals at Euro Youth Olympic Festival 2017
🏅 Top-10 finish at the Winter World University Games 2025 in Turin

Beyond medals and results, Peter’s career brought friendships, experiences, and lessons that will last a lifetime.

Today, Peter Murphy announced a retirement from his competitive skating career. But the book does not end here and there are more incredible chapters coming for an elite athlete with coaching experience, and a sport scientist.

Thank you, Peter, for your dedication, perseverance, and all the unforgettable moments you brought to the ice over the years.

Three Master skaters that brought GOLD for Team relay on 3000m from World’s Master Championship.

Last weekend, our skaters raced at the Easter Cup in Gent, Belgium.

-Elias made a personal best time of 1:22.318 on 777m.
-Sidoine scored well and the points sent him on total 3rd place of Golden Sun Award, an award composed of 4 competitions.
-Marco secured 4th place of the Golden Sun Award.
