Ya sea que la puerta este cerrada o abierta, la única manera de descubrir lo que hay mas allá es cruzarla. Las posibilidades, oportunidades o las verdades no se revelan solo con la observación, requieren acción y compromiso.

Frozen shoulder
Frozen shoulder, or adhesive capsulitis, occurs when inflammation and scar tissue invade the shoulder joint. In some cases, frozen shoulder starts with inflammation of the joint and leads to scarring. In other cases, the scarring occurs with little inflammation.
Although the exact cause of frozen shoulder isn't clear, it is more common in people with conditions like diabetes, Parkinson's disease, and thyroid disease. Frozen shoulder can also develop after the shoulder has been immobilized for a long period of time
Treatment goals for frozen shoulder are straightforward: improve range of motion and reduce pain. Doctors often recommend a corticosteroid injection into the shoulder.
Physical therapy is usually recommended, but the right balance of exercises is crucial.

There are many apps and digital tools available today to help count calories. But should you count calories if you want to lose weight?
Calorie awareness over calorie counting
Experts say that consuming fewer calories than you burn leads to weight loss. But there's no need to obsess about counting them. Instead, it can be more useful to have a general idea of how many calories you require to reach your goal-and which foods are more likely to help you get there. Think of it as calorie awareness versus calorie counting.
How many calories do you need? Every individual is different, and caloric needs differ depending on many factors, including age, body size, activity level, and metabolism. Most women need 1,600 to 2,000 calories per day to maintain their weight, while most men require 2,000 to 2,400 calories per day. Your number may be more or less.

Sadly, many people have no idea that they have been losing bone mass for years until — suddenly and without warning — a twist, a bend, or an unexpected jolt or fall leads to a painful fracture in the hip, spine or wrist. You may know that exercise can help strengthen your bones and improve your coordination and balance, but you may not know how quick and EASY these exercises can be!
