🇭🇺 Hungarian Baja was cancelled - but what did we do?
Instead of packing up, we used the opportunity for a shakedown and some proper testing with the Viking Challenger.
A quick chat and first impressions from Sander after his very first drive and judging by his reaction… we’ll see him behind the wheel again. 👀
Viking-Challenger
Building something wild! 🛠️
T3 Rally-Raid vehicle in development
Launch coming soon - stay tuned!
What’s going on at the Viking workshop? Well… everything times two😎
Two Viking Challenger rally-raid cars are heading to , which means two cars to prepare, twice the spare parts and a little more work for the whole team.
Right now we’re doing the final preparation, checking both cars and getting everything ready.
See you at Hungarian Baja!🔥
Every build has a beginning. This was ours👀
Before the Viking Challenger became a reality, we spent years working with Can-Am race cars- servicing them at events, solving problems and developing custom parts along the way.
That experience gave us a clear idea of what worked, what could be improved, and eventually led us to one question: why not build our own?
And that’s where the Viking Challenger story began🔥
WRC Finland wasn’t enough…
The very next day, Martins Sesks ( )swapped his Rally1 car for the Viking Challenger and kept sending it flat-out over the jumps.
The Viking Challenger is fully street legal, so yes - you can drive it on public roads. It comes equipped with spare tyres and everything needed for rally-raid adventures. But don’t let the number plates fool you- this FIA T3 Challenger was designed, engineered and built for one purpose: to fight at the front of the world’s toughest rally-raids, including the Dakar Rally😎
Test week is just around the corner🔥
The cars are ready. The team is ready.
The driver? 🤫
Let’s just say… he’s a current or ex WRC driver. Any guesses?👀
Stay tuned!
Top 3 favourite features of the Viking Challenger.
No showroom.
No script.

Which feature would you like us to explain in more detail next? 👇
Fewer spares- Faster repairs😎
Many key components are interchangeable between the front and rear for the Viking Challenger:
* All 4 driveshafts are identical.
* 2 identical prop shafts are used.
* All suspension arms are identical diagonally.
* The uprights and complete brake assemblies are the same front and rear.
* All 4 damper bodies are identical.
That means fewer spare parts to carry, lower operating costs, and much faster repairs during a race.
Less to stock. Less to transport. Less time in the service area. More time on the stages🔥
That popping and crackling sound? That’s anti-lag at work😎🔥
Join Rūdolfs for a mini test drive as he explains how the Viking Challenger’s anti-lag system works, when to use it, and how to activate it.

What a fantastic two days on the tracks! 🏁
A huge thank you to Paul and for joining us for our Viking Challenger test experience.
Over the two days, they had the opportunity to drive on different tracks, get to know the Viking Challenger in a variety of conditions, learn more about the vehicle’s design and engineering, and spend time with our team.
It was a pleasure to share the experience, exchange ideas, and, most importantly, see the smiles on their faces😊
Thank you for your trust, great company, and enthusiasm- we’re looking forward to seeing you again!
If you’ve been thinking about experiencing the Viking Challenger for yourself, our test days are now open. Bring your racing gear and we’ll take care of the rest.
See you ! 🏎️
