Last ecstatic dance was about Opening Your Heart🤍🗝️

There are 2 dominant feelings - fear & love. How often we act and make decisions from these feelings? When we try to be perfect, to work hard or show ourselves in the best light, it often comes from fear - fear to be rejected, be alone, not be liked, to feel bad.

During the event we tapped into the feeling of pure love. And explored how can we be more loving to ourselves and act from 💕

I believe that opening heart opens doors to true piece, abundance, truth, true friendships and that inner unshakable happiness. Because when you are in love with life and yourself, you act from love and then you manifest love.

If you work hard from fear, you will get money + fear, if you work from love - you manifest money + feeling of love.

May your heart be open and at peace🥰

Elina Polaka has been practicing spirituality since she was a teenager and has lived in Nepal, England and Ecuador, earning internationally recognized certifications in Ta**ra Yoga, Ecstatic Dance and Shamanism. Elina’s greatest passion is dance and leading people on spiritual journeys of movement, finding and getting to know their true being. Through the unique DJ set prepared by Elina, you will have the opportunity to discover and get to know those sides of your being that we hide and do not give full freedom to on a daily basis!

Samanta Mezmale has been dancing since childhood, but specifically ecstatic dance for several years and has felt the positive influence of free dance in her life - it has helped her to free herself and feel safe in her body, process her emotions and express herself later in life with full power. This year, Samantha was in Bali for 4 months, where she went to more authentic ecstatic dance events and therefore wants to bring the magic of dance to Latvia as well 🔥

What does ecstatic dance mean?

This practice is not about performing or impressing others; it’s about experiencing the joy and freedom that comes from moving your body authentically. It’s a chance to release stress, open your heart, and tap into your inner self.

Whether you’re an experienced dancer or new to dancing, Ecstatic Dance welcomes everyone. It’s a chance to let loose, have fun, and connect with yourself and others through the universal language of movement.
