Fīniksas "Mercury" komandas cerības pirms šīs sezonas netika vērtētas pārāk augstu, atminas Kitija Laksa. Pateicoties dažādām izmaiņām sastāvā, "Mercury" joprojām ieņem otro vietu visā WNBA čempionātā.
