The underwater search and recovery of a helicopter by EPRONS Diving, LVR Flote and EPRONS ROV in the Riga bay:
By the smooth cooperation between technologies and humans the search and recovery operation to raise the helicopter that sank in the Gulf of Riga was carried out in the shortest possible time.
The sunken helicopter was located using multi-beam sonar, then surveyed using the ALPHAROV D150 remotely operated underwater vehicle, and the following day a team of EPRONS divers, working from the LVR Flote support vessel LAURA, safely recovered the helicopter and brought it to shore.

Due to the formation of solid ice in the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Riga, an increasing number of cargo ships require underwater inspection. EPRONS Diving, in collaboration with our partners, LVR Flote, from the support vessel LIVA are conducting underwater inspections of the ship's hull, rudder blade and propeller at the Riga Port Anchorage Rīgas Osta.
