Greetings from Kouksundo Bonwon! April 23 (March 15 lunar calendar) marks the 57th anniversary of Kouksundo Bakdol-beop. Grandmaster Cheongsan, the disciple of Cheongwun Do-in descended from the mountains in 1967 following the teachings established Bonwon in 1970, and founded the Kouksundo World Federation in 1971. It has been 57 years, since the reintroduction of Kouksundo originally transmitted from master to disciple in a one on one teaching amidst the mountains to be accessible to everyone as Wellness Practice for All. This year, Kouksundo Bonwon is starting the "Breathe Better Campaign" for people of the world. The campaign will officially launch at the 57th-anniversary commemoration ceremony on April 21st. In January 2023, the BakDol Academy will open its doors to practitioners who do not live in Korea but who have been steadily practicing, following the true spirit of Kouksundo.

Kouksundo is an ancient practice passed down from generation to generation for many thousand years. We invite practitioners who constantly dedicate themselves to achieving the true fruits of lifelong practice, those who want to comprehensively acquire the original sense of Kouksundo and correctly understand its theory.

We welcome people who realize the actual value of Kouksundo and sincerely strive to make our world healthier and more peaceful. We encourage these practitioners to participate in the 4-month Bakdol Academy online course and become certified Kouksundo Teachers.

Eligibility:
- Kouksundo level of at least Won-ki-dan-beop, up to Jin-ki-dan-beop.
- People who have participated in seminars or webinars organized by Kouksundo Bonwon at least once.
