We are delighted to invite you to the 23rd Ventspils Cup International Curling Tournament, taking place from 21 to 23 August 2026 in Ventspils, Latvia, at the ice hall of the Ventspils Olympic Centre.

Join us for an exciting weekend of curling by the Baltic Sea! The tournament is organised by the Ventspils Curling Club in cooperation with the Ventspils Olympic Centre, and we warmly welcome teams from Latvia and abroad to enjoy great ice, competitive games, and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Ventspils is a charming seaside city known for its sandy beaches, green parks, and hospitality — the perfect destination for combining sport and leisure.

The tournament will host 16–20 teams, with each team guaranteed five games. Teams may consist of up to five players. Games will be played over a maximum of eight ends with a time limit.

The competition starts on Friday morning, 21 August, and concludes on Sunday evening, 23 August, with the award ceremony.

Saturday evening features a tournament banquet with dinner and a welcome drink — a great opportunity to relax and socialise with other teams.

The participation fee is 380 EUR per team (including Saturday banquet and dinner).
Early bird offer: 350 EUR per team for payments made by 10 June 2026.

Accommodation is available at the athletes' hotel at the Ventspils Olympic Centre, just 200 m from the ice hall. A twin room costs 36 EUR per night (special price for participants), and breakfast is available for 8 EUR per person. We will gladly assist with bookings.
