منظمة قادة الأفكار و منذ تأسيسها وهي تسعى لتقديم خدماتها للمجتمع من خلال العديد من المشاريع المختلفة و الأفكار الشبابية الجديدة وعقدت الكثير من الشركات مع العديد من المؤسسات الحكومية والمنظمات المحلية والدولية.
شاركت المنظمة مع شركائها في الأسبوع العالمي لريادة الأعمال كما في كل عام و ذلك لتحفيز الشباب أصحاب المشاريع الريادية و أيضا المشاريع الصغيرة و لنشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال، ولازالت المنظمة مستمرة في انشطتها لدعم ريادة الأعمال في ليبيا عامة و بنغازي بشكل خاص وسيتم الاعلان في الفترة القادمة عن مجموعة من الدورات التدريبية و البرامج التي سيتم تنفيذها ضمن البرنامج العام للمنظمة لسنة "2021".
Ideas Drivers Organization, since its establishment, it has been seeking to provide its services to the community through many different projects and new youth ideas.
Many companies have held contracts with many governmental institutions and local and international organizations.
The IDO Organization has participated with its partners in the Global Entrepreneurship Week as well as every year in order to motivate young people who have entrepreneurial projects as well as small projects and spread the culture of entrepreneurship, and the organization is still continuing its activities to support entrepreneurship in Libya in general and Benghazi in particular.
A group of training courses and programs that will be implemented within the organization's general program for the year "2021"
