Eid Mubarak 🌙

Celebration of end of Ramadan...
" EID Mubarak " signify a wish for goodness, peace, and blessing.
Today marks the end of Ramadan—a month of fasting and prayer, one of the pillars of Islam, established in the 7th century during the life of the Prophet Mohamed.
In Muslim tradition, it was during this time that the revelation of the Quran began.

Fasting from dawn to sunset structures the day :
- It limits what is mundane and obvious.
- It teaches patience.
- It teaches mindfulness.
- It teaches simplicity.
- It is also a time for relationships—with others and with what transcends the everyday.
A time of sharing and remembering those who have less.

The day begins before dawn.
Then comes work.
Women prepare evening meals, take care of the house, and work ...
Men work, returning home early if they can.
After sunset, everything changes :
- First, water and dates ( always we try to eat odd number of the dates 1 or 3 or 5....)
- Then food.
- Families eat together.
- After the meal, prayers, visits, conversations.
- The streets fill with people.

Today, this rhythm concludes.
- Eid al-Fitr begins with a communal prayer.
- Then food prepared for the day ( mainly cakes, patisseries...) meetings, visits...
- Houses are open to receive wishes...

@ Tinaghe Alphabet " Berbere Alphabet".

On February 10, 2003, His Majesty King Mohammed VI promulgated Tifinagh as the official alphabet of the Amazigh language in Morocco, following extensive consultations regarding the opinion issued by the Royal Institute of Amazigh Culture. These consultations included prominent national figures, notably the Prime Minister, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Speaker of the House of Councillors, and the leaders of the political parties represented in Parliament.
Pictured here is an example of the Tifinagh alphabet "Municipality of Fes Medina".

@ MOROCCO : Tagines steaming in alleyways, old men in oversized robes puffing away on ancient stoops, the Souks through pink-stoned medinas. But there’s another Morocco too. One that works hard (seriously, these people hustlle), and they lives in a way often stripped of the fluff we tend to romanticize from afar.

What are the benefits of hiking?
Hiking is a physical activity that provides many health benefits. Indeed, hiking considerably reduces stress, trauma and improves the body's motor skills because the activity gently uses the muscles.

Beyond the psychological factor, hiking prevents potential illnesses and strengthens the immune system. Hiking allows you to stay in shape, get some fresh air and take time for yourself, but also to become familiar with nature.
