To a true legend and icon, whom so many of us have admired since childhood ✨
Thank you for your beautiful soul, your kindness, and that soothing voice that has brought the wonders of the world into our homes. Your deep love for this planet and Mother Earth is a true inspiration. If this world were a little more like you, it would undoubtedly be a kinder, better place.
You’ve shown us that the best thing for the human spirit is simply being close to nature and the species we share this planet with. I truly wish humanity would stay a little more connected to our roots; at the end of the day, that connection is what keeps us going.
As you have so wisely reminded us: we don’t need all this complex technology to save us or help us live better… we simply need to re-connect with the natural world. It’s very clear that your long life and journey come from those simple habits you’ve always shared with us: loving nature, staying active, making conscious choices like reducing our meat intake and moving away from industrial production - caring for the world.
May there be more kindness and respect on this planet, and may the world become a little more like you 🌞

I think these pics sum up this time last week — finishing off a wonderful weekend retreat with these beautiful souls 💞
Tucked away at 1,100m in the hills of Liguria, our Agriturismo farmhouse offered the perfect setting to pause, breathe, and reconnect — with ourselves, with nature, and with each other. 🌿🍁
It was a weekend filled with deep connection, laughter (I mean a lot of it 🤭) reflection and presence. We shared homemade meals prepared from scratch and made with love, hiked through quiet trails, practiced Pilates, stretching and meditation, and soaked in the sounds of nature.
There was a beautiful simplicity in it all - the calm, the conversations, the stillness, the shared smiles - coming home feeling grounded, inspired, and grateful for these moments, for nature, for these people, and for slowing down ✨

Practice what you preach 🌞 Pilates • Movement • Nourishment 🥝 🥑
As a Pilates & fitness instructor (and big food lover!), balance is key — moving with strength and flow, then fueling with good, nourishing food. Movement & food is where I get creative.
I love trying new exercises, challenging the body, and sharing that with my students in class. I always say, the more mindful you are — slowing things down, focusing on the breath, and moving with control — the more you’ll actually feel your body working. It makes everything easier, more effective, and helps you connect deeply to your body.
And just like with movement, food matters too. Eating something nourishing after a workout keeps you from crashing, helps with recovery, and makes you feel energized instead of drained.
For me, movement + nourishment always go hand in hand🤍
It’s been a big learning curve over the last few years, but the best part is finally learning to listen to my body and understand it better.

If you get the chance on your hike to step into the river for some cold therapy do it !!! Having sometimes heavy legs and bad circulation , I knew this would be the best way to reset the system and get the blood pumping again, reducing inflammation and boosting circulation - you literally feel brand new and strong again!
4 degrees - 4 minutes, legs only but it was enough to feel the shift. The body wakes up and the mind slows down. Take it in, appreciate the stillness and the chills. These moments matter.
