It's very normal to have a little bit of anxiety when your contemplating on dusting off your trainers to start an exercise program.... Its normal, even for those that are fit and have had a few weeks off. But you know what, the hardest part is taking the first step forward and being brave enough to except that it may be a little uncomfortable in the beginning, but sooner than you realise your stronger and fitter and your not getting those muscle pains you use too at the start. In fact you're almost enjoying it.
Next week is the Booster week (4th-8th Sept), this week will be a gentle re-entry into exercise, as will the first week of boot camp (11th Sept - 20th Oct) to allow the body to adjust and adapt. It's the perfect time for anyone considering to improve themselves through good health and fitness.

Next week is the last round of BOOST Camp before we take a break in August.
I'm providing loads of flexibility with payment and time table options.
Unlimited Sessions for more bang for your buck💪

The boot camp starts on *Monday 12th June and will continue until July 28th.* That's the 6 week program and also a booster week.
*Payment options*
Per week - 75 euro
4 week - 250 euro
5 week - 300 euro
6 week - 350 euro
The booster week can be used as a make up week.
The timetable will remain the same:
*Mon* 6am, 9am, 1230pm, 630pm
*Tues* 9am, 1230pm, 630pm
*Wed* 6am, 9am
*Thurs* 9am, 1230pm, 630pm
*Fri* 6am, 9am, 1230pm
But subject to change depending on numbers in each session.

All right Team, ready to burn off the Christmas excess.
Tomorrow is the start of the first round of Boost for 2023.
For those that havent been exercising in a while and are perhaps fearful of starting again, let me reassure you.
The first 2 weeks of boot camp will be a preparation phase, with a big focus on low volume and intensity along with mobility work to help with recovery and injury prevention.
As our bodies adjust to the program I will then scale up the exercises to ensure we have a steady rate of progression and to ensure we are improving fitness and strength. I will also help you with fat loss, if this is a goal for you.
The full timetable is on the website. Still the same amazing value, you will have access to 15 training sessions a week, each class less than a cup of coffee in Cova😜
