On this historic 39th anniversary of Choi Kwang Do, we honor the vision and legacy of Sahjonim Kwang Jo Choi, whose life continues to inspire generations around the world.

To all instructors and students:
“Age is inevitable — but the decay of the body is optional.” For 39 years, Choi Kwang Do has stood not only as a martial art, but as a way of life — built on science, discipline, compassion, and the relentless pursuit of self-improvement. Grandmaster Choi has shown us that true strength is not measured by youth, but by consistency… not by power alone, but by wisdom… not by rank, but by character.

Instructors, you are the guardians of this legacy. Teach with patience. Lead with integrity. Train with purpose. Remember that every class is an opportunity to shape lives, build confidence, and inspire greatness.

Students, your journey is just as important. Whether you are a white belt or a black belt, progress is earned one disciplined day at a time. Stay humble. Trust the process. Your greatest opponent has always been yesterday’s version of yourself.

As we celebrate 39 years of Choi Kwang Do, let us recommit ourselves to excellence in body and mind. Let us train not just to move better — but to live better. Not just to defend ourselves — but to uplift others.

Mă bucur să va anunț că tabăra noastră de Sport si dezvoltare personală a trecut și suntem deja acasă, pregătindu-ne pentru începutul noului an școlar.
120 de participanți au finalizat cursul biblic “Cum să învingi frica”. acesta am invitat și părinții să participe la studiu și am fost încântați să vedem că aproape toți părinții au participat la studiu. Aceasta a fost o încurajare specială pentru noi.
Scriu pentru a-mi exprima încă o dată recunoștința pentru toti cei care ne urmăresc, ne susțin, “țin pumnii pentru noi”, se roagă pentru YOUR CAMP și Martial Arts Club Adonai Clubul Adonai. Acum ne pregătim pentru noi proiecte care ne așteaptă în perioada sărbătorilor de iarnă și vara viitoare 2025
