What is Brazilian Zouk and why we absolutely love it?
✨BZ is a social Latin dance which began (obviously) in Brazil in the early 90s. Although it evolved from Lambada, it changed shape later and became a more versatile dance.
✨ Headmovements, mesmerising turns and elastic movements make it unique from the other dance styles.
✨The dance builds around the connection between the partners, closeness and attention to details.
There is so much more to be said about zouk, but we hope we have striked your curiosity to search what zouk is. One thing is certain, zouk is first for soul, then for the eyes.🙂
