This mindset I'm going to teach has served me very well, over the past few years.

If you're familiar with playing video games you might understand, that you can customise them.

First, you choose how they would look.

You would probably make them look muscular and good-looking.

Then you choose their stats.

You would want to choose the best stats for them,

you only get a few points to put into each trait

but when you level up you can level up the traits too

Generally, you want to pick

High Strength๐Ÿ’ช

High Intelligence๐Ÿง 

High Social Stats๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ

etc

The goal now is to get experience (XP) so that you level up to become stronger

In order to do that you have to go through trials and tribulations

Which will reward with XP๐Ÿ”

then the game will feel easier because youโ€™re stronger

And you will get to enjoy better rewards.

It's the same for REAL life yet many of you guys are not spending time grinding XP

You need to level up in all areas of life that are important.

Fitness

Charisma

Money

Your Life is a competition.

You're competing even when you don't realise it.

If you're an average man, and you have a GF/Wife then your competition is, other average men.

You need to make sure that you have every advantage possible.

I'm not saying that it's easy

but It will be worth it

Remember almost everything that has value is hard to get

And your biggest competition is your own mind

Right now youโ€™re mentally too weak to change your behaviour

One of your biggest mistakes is that youโ€™re trying to do it on your own

It is significantly harder to change when you DONโ€™T have someone hold you accountable

And when you're stuck in the game of life you need a guide.

Let me give you an example of two hard-working individuals trying to get a six-pack for the summer ๐Ÿ‘‡

Person A works out 6 days a week consistently

but does not track their macros or stay in a caloric deficit consistently.

Persona B Only works out 3 times a week

but consistently tracks his macros and stays in a caloric deficit.

Who do you think got a six-pack by summer?

If you chose B then you're correct!

Matter of fact Person B also built more muscle.

I know this because I've been both of these individuals.

Here is the thing working hard is a vital

BUT, it's not everything as you could be working hard

but on the wrong things

or

you are not working hard enough on other parts of the equation.

Now just because Person B is working out less frequently

does not mean they're working as hard as person A

So why do you snooze even though you know you have to get up and be productive

you see you have 3 parts to your brain

1. The lizard brain - responsible for breathing and you hear beating

2. emotional brain responsible for fight or flight responses

3. rational Brain, responsible for consciousness and planning

When you wake up to your alarm it takes time for your rational mind to wake up

so even though you KNOW you shouldnโ€™t snooze

you do it because you're on auto pilot

So in order to re-program your mind to wake up on auto-pilot follow these 4 steps

1. Lie in bed and set your alarm to 10 minutes

Make sure the alarm tone is the same as the one you plan on waking up to

This is going to be the trigger for the program.

2. Close your eyes and sleep

3. Wake up to your alarm and execute a routine that would switch on your brain,

For example turning on the coffee machine or smelling Coffee

4. Repeat steps 1-3 for 1 Hour

After this your brain will have you wake up without you thinking about it EASY

When I began to strength train 3 times a week

My goal was to get look more muscular and have more mass

have enough power to be able to do a one arm push

Studies have proven that when men strength train and build more muslce

When you have more testosterone your bone density will increases

When you have more testosterone your bone density will increases

And the bones in your face will become chiseled

When you lose fat and get to 10% body your testosterone will increase too

and less body fat means there is going to less fat around your chin
