Today Malta announces a free 100euros voucher towards diving costs! 750,000euros have been allocated, so by my maths that is the first 7,500 people to claim get one! It has also been leaked to the Telegraph that Malta will be one of 8 countries on the green list for the UK that will allow travel without quarantine.
