Competition is one of the most honest forms of feedback in Jiu Jitsu.

Win or lose, every exchange gives us something valuable. It shows us where we are strong, where we must improve and where to next.

We had hard matches, we learned some lessons, we had a lot of fun and results we can be satisfied with.
