RecyGlo is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-oriented Events & Community Lead to lead our online and offline events across RecyGlo and SheWorks.

If you love bringing people together, creating meaningful events, building communities, and turning ideas into impactful experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

🎯 What You’ll Do

Event Management

- Plan and organize online and offline events from concept to ex*****on.
- Manage workshops, trainings, networking events, community activities, campaigns, and public events.
- Coordinate venues, vendors, speakers, partners, participants, and event logistics.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, checklists, and post-event reports.
- Ensure every event is well-organized, engaging, and aligned with our brand and mission.

Community Building

- Build and maintain communities around sustainability, social impact, entrepreneurship, women's empowerment, and the circular economy.
- Engage participants, partners, volunteers, speakers, and community members.
- Develop creative activities to increase community engagement and retention.
- Collect feedback and use insights to continuously improve our programs.

Marketing & Communications

- Work closely with the Marketing team to promote events through social media and other channels.
- Prepare event announcements, invitations, registration campaigns, and follow-up communications.
- Support content creation and storytelling around RecyGlo and SheWorks events.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, community management, marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to solve problems quickly.
- Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and activities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience organizing both online and offline events is preferred.
- Passion for sustainability, social impact, community development, or women's empowerment is a strong plus.
