Learning yoga will release human body from pollutions which exert the body, improve mind concentration, to drive opinions and make people able to enter into the way of perfection. The significance of yoga is to restore the lost balance of our mind, to release ourselves from the internal ties and to get ourselves free from mental deficiency rather than to obtain or receive hyperphysical strength of body and mind.

3. Analysis
These trainings aim to do analysis on results and to share the experiences of the people involved. We also study articles of Mongolian scientists in this field and translate such articles of international researchers in Mongolian.
