We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting a yoga workshop with a master instructor from Portugal. The session will take place on October 11th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

With years of experience and running his own yoga school, the instructor brings profound expertise and a unique perspective. This is a wonderful opportunity for yoga enthusiasts to experience the distinct approaches and cultural interpretations of yoga practice from both Portugal and our local community.
