Last night’s Class & a Glass was pretty hard to beat. 🧘‍♀️🍷🌅

Good people, slow flow and the most spectacular sunset to end the evening.

There’s just something about doing yoga outside, slowing down, and taking a minute to actually notice how beautiful this place is.

So thankful for everyone who came out and made last night so special. ❤️

This FRIDAY 🍃

This Friday is yoga slow and gentle flow. This is perfect for end of the week. We will end class with cool, lavender towels to center and soothe and then come together as a community for a drink and snacks around the pool.
