I was recently asked about relaxation. A great technique is to practice Om or Aum chanting. I personally use it to great effect for relaxation, focus and for breathing regularity. Give it a try, take 10 minutes (set a friendly alarm) and allow yourself to become immersed in the vibrations of Om.
