Surprisingly, many people tend to open up more with AI! Backed by studies from MIT, USC, and CISPA, the research shows that people feel less judged and more willing to share honestly, leading to deeper self-reflection and behavior change. AI can tailor coaching based on role, goals, or even time of day, and deliver real-time feedback with emotional nuance and expert insight. For us, it’s not about replacing the human touch. It’s about amplifying it, at scale.
