IOC Session approves LA28’s proposal for five additional sports:
⚾️Baseball/🥎softball, 🏏cricket, 🏈flag football, 🥍lacrosse and ⚫️squash have been officially included as additional sports on the programme for the Olympic Games Los Angeles 2028.

Marking another milestone!
The European movement of American Football is welcoming another new member that has officially gained “Allied Membership” status in the IFAF.
We are talking about Malta, i.e. the Malta Sport for All organization, which is working as the sole Federation of American Football in the Maltese archipelago.
Despite all the difficulties over the past few months, the IFAF never stopped working to grow and develop the game all over the world and we know that Malta will successfully help the International Federation and its members to promote both tackle and flag football throughout the Mediterranean basin.
