Meet Coach Sherice!
Sherice holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Physical Education, a Master’s in Education, and a Weightlifting Level 1 Certification.
As a PE teacher, she has always had a passion for sport. Throughout the years, she has participated in a variety of disciplines, including dance and martial arts, and today you’ll most likely find her in the gym or at CrossFit. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of the importance of strength and conditioning in enhancing performance, reducing the risk of injury, and building confidence both on and off the court.
Sherice is passionate about helping young athletes enjoy training, develop strength, and achieve their goals in a positive and supportive environment. We’re excited to have her as part of the Elite Hoop Academy coaching team for our Summer Program 2026.

☀️ Summer Program 2026 is here! 🏀
We couldn’t be more excited to get started. This summer promises to be bigger and better than ever, with high-quality coaching, plenty of hard work, and an unforgettable Serbia Basketball Camp experience as part of the journey.
Over the coming days, we’ll be introducing the coaches who will be working with our players throughout the program.
Meet Coach Ryan Degiorgio!
Ryan graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Physical Activity in 2020 and completed his Master’s Degree in Teaching in 2022.
He played competitive basketball for seven years before the age of 16 and has spent the past decade coaching and training in CrossFit, building extensive experience in athletic development, movement quality, and physical conditioning.
Although his professional journey took a different direction, basketball has always remained his greatest passion. He continues to follow the game closely and is eager to help young athletes improve their skills, build confidence, and develop a love for the game.
Ryan is committed to helping raise the standard of basketball with Elite Hoop Academy here in Malta, and we’re delighted to have him as part of our Summer Program coaching team.
