Never forget this! With all the money and material things you can have in life, the only possession we all have and is priceless is our body.

Forget the aesthetic side of it as this comes as an added benefit of looking after your body. Eating healthy food and keeping yourself active during the week is NOT a luxury. It should be your responsibility to take care of the only possession you have that you will live in all your life.

Do not take for granted your health, moreover watching this virus affecting so much people with underlying conditions.

Unfortunately now we have much more time to spare and still people are not finding that 3 hrs weekly or 30 mins daily to take care of their own self. People are binge eating and still do not realize that they are doing more damage to themselves than this virus will ever do.

We hear so many excuses on not finding the time to train, to prepare food and now that we have the time to prepare and actually train?

This virus will pass and we will return to our normal routine but make sure to learn something from this and start taking care of yourself. Not after this will pass but start now. Set up a routine and stick to it.

Yes motivation will lack sometimes, it is completely normal. Give yourself a break sometimes, rest or skip 2 days of training or just change what you had planned and keep active in other ways. Eat a balanced healthy diet and if you want to have something you have been craving, take it! The most important thing is that you go back on track the day after.

You will benefit so much from this that you will never look back! Overall happiness, brain health, strength, your immune system, concentration, underlying conditions, everything will improve from just by being responsible to YOUR body.

No excuses and get moving! Stay safe!

At Core we strive to give our members the possibility to train in a safe and friendly gym, our coaches are highly qualified and up-to-date with their certifications. Our sessions are functional and based on methods that actually work. We focus on improving and strengthening the basic movements of the body.


We will be having group sessions all day and introducing some new sessions that we will be adding to the timetable.


We will be having challenges for current and new members to try out and win a free membership.

Another amazing transformation happening!


Rebecca Bugeja came to the gym with shoulder pain due to muscular imbalance and weakness in the back muscles and the rotator cuff muscles. She wanted to lose fat, build muscle and get in the best shape of her life.


After months of training, perseverance and dedication, the results are outstanding. I am very proud of what she did. With a good nutrition plan, effective routine caloric adjustments, a good training program and willpower she managed to -


✔️Reduce her bodyfat,
✔️increase her lean muscle mass,
✔️do 4 full pullups (without the aid of a band)
✔️do more than 15 inclined pushups,
✔️increase her back squat (80kgs by 3 reps)
✔️increase her deadlift (85 kgs by 3 reps)
✔️do more than 2 min plank,
✔️run 5 kms in less than 30 mins.


Most of all she is shoulder pain free!


It is of utmost importance to take care of the pre- and post-workout nutrition. Together with the breakfast, they are the most important meals of the day. Try to mix your training so your body does not have time to adjust. Never lift heavy without proper form and always keep in mind that recovery days are key!
