What a fantastic three-hour session today this Saturday morning...

Women of different ages, backgrounds and nationalities came together with one common purpose, to learn, train and empower themselves 👊

Everyone worked together, supported one another, stepped outside their comfort zone and gave their very best from beginning to end.

Self-defence is not just about about techniques. It is about awareness, confidence, determination and believing in your own ability to react when it matters.

A big well done to every participant. You made this workshop a pleasure to teach. 👏
