Long time ago when I was working in the hospitality client asked me what would I like to drink?! I proudly said that I'm not drinking alcohol! What do you drink? - Was next! Protein shake was my answer! Then he said something I will never forget: If you drinking protein you would have bigger arms! Needless to say that after that In 6 months i significantly increased my arms. I had ups and downs in my fitness journey, but i always take training for arms seriously. And waiting for this guy to ask me again what I drink! πŸ’ͺ

16. Years of heavy weight training! πŸ’ͺ

How everything started?

When I was 21, I was probably the skinniest guy you could possibly meet. With my 192, and 67 kg, I was ready for movie about zombies. πŸ˜ƒ What ever I try didn't work, I was naturally fr... ectomorph. Until one day my friend told me that he gained 8 kg over several years in the gym. Next day I started.
The rest is a history!!! πŸ’ͺ

Probably all of you heard for German Volume Training, which consists from 10 sets of 10 repetitions. However it was to easy and boring for me to do it so I invented Serbian Volume Training. Full body every day 10 sets with 6 reps. It's specially designed for hypertrophy.
