We are currently in the process of investing in a new outdoor library within our club premises, creating an inviting and engaging space where players can develop their love of reading and explore different languages. As part of this exciting initiative, we are conducting a mini-survey among players from Year 1 to Year 11 to better understand their language preferences, reading interests and favourite genres. For our younger players (Years 1–5), the survey will help us select engaging, age-appropriate books that encourage a love of reading and early exposure to different languages. For Year 6 players, it will help us provide exposure to different foreign languages before they make their language choices in Year 7. For Years 7 and 8, it will help us identify reading materials that support and encourage their ongoing language learning. Your feedback will play an important role in shaping our new outdoor library, helping us guide our supplier in selecting a diverse, engaging and age-appropriate collection of books that reflects our players' interests, language preferences and educational needs.
