🗣️ Exciting news, Active Mamas! 🩷🌸
We’ve merged our Early Days Mum class with Monday’s Kickstarter, and we’re now offering it on Tuesdays at 9:30 AM with (Link in Bio)

The workout will follow the same format as our Monday Kickstarter class, with postnatal adaptations available for anyone who needs them 👏🏽. The focus is on mobility and strength, making it a supportive and empowering session for all 💪🏽

This class is open to everyone – even if you’re beyond the early postnatal phase, the workout remains the same as Monday’s Kickstarter❣️

And yes, kids are welcome to join you in this class! 😉

Little kids in tow? No problem! Our Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes welcome you and your little ones while you work out. We’ve got a playpen for those on the move.

>> Please note, these classes are not pre- or postnatal specific—they’re the same classes offered that day. However, Angele and Leah have plenty of modifications up their sleeves for any postpartum concerns and can provide alternatives as needed!

Just like focusing on your core, during your first 6 weeks postpartum, is the perfect time to prioritize your pelvic floor rehab 🌸

Here’s a simple starting point when feeding or snuggling on the couch with your little one, use this time to:

✨ Inhale: Relax your pelvic floor.
✨ Exhale: Gently contract it.

If you’ve recently had a vaginal birth, you might feel like you have little to no control over these movements in the first few days— and that’s completely normal. Don’t get discouraged! With time, patience, and consistency, you’ll gradually rebuild the connection and activation.

Important Note❕❕
If you experience any pelvic pain during this process, avoid contracting your pelvic floor.
Instead, shift your focus to relaxation. Use your breath as a tool to release tension and create a sense of calm in your pelvic region.

Take it one breath at a time-you’ve got this! 😮‍💨🫶🏽💪🏽

We’ll dive deep into each of these essentials over the next few weeks to guide you on your journey and set you up for long-term strength and wellness.
