⁣If you’ve got 10 minutes ⏰ to spare out of your busy day today then you most certainly should try this super easy no-bake homemade, gooey protein bars 🀀! β €

All you need to do is soften some dates (100g) with πŸ’¦ water (0.5 cup) in the microwave. Add in 50ml of milk πŸ₯› and mash the heated dates with a fork to form a sticky paste. β €

In a separate bowl πŸ₯£ mix together 80g oats, 75g protein pudding powder, 20g Chia seeds, 40g cocoa and 200g of mixed berries. β €

Pour in the date and milk paste to your dry ingredients and stir πŸ₯„ until well combined! β €
