β£If youβve got 10 minutes β° to spare out of your busy day today then you most certainly should try this super easy no-bake homemade, gooey protein bars π€€! β
β
All you need to do is soften some dates (100g) with π¦ water (0.5 cup) in the microwave. Add in 50ml of milk π₯ and mash the heated dates with a fork to form a sticky paste. β
β
In a separate bowl π₯£ mix together 80g oats, 75g protein pudding powder, 20g Chia seeds, 40g cocoa and 200g of mixed berries. β
β
Pour in the date and milk paste to your dry ingredients and stir π₯ until well combined! β
β
Line a 9*9 baking pan with plastic wrap and firmly press the mixture into the pan. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes β² and voila! You may cut it into approximately 16 bars as to have the same nutritional values as stated. The ideal, quick and tasty snack for anybody π€·πΌββοΈ.
