As we bring our second season to a close, we also say goodbye to someone who’s given her heart to this game for years.

Leanne hangs up her boots—closing a chapter that began when she was just a young girl chasing a ball with a dream.From those early days to representing Malta, her journey has been filled with dedication, passion, and quiet strength.

She brought talent, vast experience, and leadership to every pitch she stepped on. But more than that, she brought kindness, wisdom, and love to those around her.

It’s never easy to say goodbye to the game you’ve grown up with.
And it’s not easy for us to say goodbye to a player like Leanne.

But we know this isn’t the end—just a new beginning.

We wish you all the best for whatever the future holds, and we hope to still see you in football, in new roles, guiding the next generation like you always have.

Last weekend marked the end of a season full of highs and lows for our senior women.

It wasn’t always easy, but we’re proud of every small victory along the way.
We saw familiar faces leave, new ones join, and others get called up to represent their country. Sadly, some also had to step away from the game.
It’s been a season full of change, growth, and challenges.

Through it all, one thing remained constant—the love for the game.
That passion never wavered, and it’s what keeps us going.

Now, the hard work begins.
We’ll come together, stronger and more determined, as we work for a better season ahead.
Here’s to the lessons learned, the memories made, and the friendships built.
