RFU statement: The Jack Nowell misconduct charge verdict Exeter winger Jack Nowell has been fined for a message he posted to Twitter last weekend about an incident in his team’s defeat at Leicester.

This Saturday sees the last XV’s fixture of the season being the MRFU Cup final, congratulations to senior referee Sam who will in the middle for what will no doubt be a highly contested match, when asked how he felt going into this game, he said it’s always a pleasure and an honour to be in the middle for a final, it’s what we all aim to achieve and that he is really looking forward to the match.

Penultimate round of the Cisk league this weekend, next Thursday and Saturday will see the league season closed off for 22/23
