Yoga is important to restore and maintain health in our bodies, however in certain circumstances, it needs an external force to help the body restore its balance.

Dear students,
May I remind you that there will be no yoga classes for this month as per government regulations. Please keep following this page for updates.
Any fees will of course be extended or reimbursed (as you wish). I am planning to hold online classes during this lockdown period. Stay tuned. :)
