Had a fantastic weekend course with Paul Nicholls on refereeing and judging K1 and Unified Rules professional kickboxing. It’s an honor to learn from Paul, a seasoned professional referee with an impressive portfolio in international bouts across K1, Glory, and MMA. 🥊

The Thai mongkhon, also known as "mongkol," is a sacred and traditional headband worn by Muay Thai fighters before a match. It is usually placed on the fighter's head by their trainer as a symbol of respect, protection, and blessings from their gym or camp. The mongkhon is believed to bring good luck and invoke the spirits of past masters to support the fighter during the match. After the pre-fight rituals, the mongkhon is removed, and the fighter proceeds to compete in the ring.
