Marsaskala Aquatic extends its deepest condolences to our former coach, Guzi Attard L-ors, and his family on the loss of his beloved wife, Jane.

Congratulations to our very own Kyle Simpson on his selection to represent the Malta U15 Men’s Water Polo National Team at the U16 Comen Cup in Monaco, taking place from 22–25 October 2026. 🇲🇹🤽‍♂️

Your hard work, dedication, and commitment have earned you this incredible opportunity. We look forward to seeing you take on this exciting challenge and wish you and the entire Maltese squad the very best of luck in Monaco.

WELCOME TO MARSASKALA, GIANNIS! 🟠⚫️

We are delighted to welcome Giannis Katrouzanakis as the new Head Coach of our First Team.

A familiar name in Maltese water polo, Giannis guided Sliema ASC to the Premier League title and KO in 2024 and to a historic bronze medal in this season’s EA Challenger Cup.

He also brings extensive experience from Greece, having coached in the country’s top flight for several years with ANOG and Apollon, leading Apollon to a Greek league title.

His experience, winning mentality and knowledge of the game will be a valuable addition to our club as we look ahead to the new season.

After six incredible years with Marsaskala, our coach Arpad Babay will be returning to Hungary.

It is difficult to put into words what Arpad has given to this club. His six years were filled with success, hard work and most importantly, a winning mentality that helped transform our team.

He also played a huge part in the development of our younger players, giving many of them the opportunity to step up and become part of the first team.

Six years, countless memories and a chapter that will never be forgotten.
